Description

Riverbat Bash is the highlight of the fall semester beginning your adventure with Student Life! You’ll explore ACC & community resources, and connect with ACC students, faculty, and staff who will play a critical role in your college experience. Get involved with the Bat Pack, get some free food, and have a TON of fun!


Extra Registration Support for Fall 2024


ACC hosts Registration Rally Saturday, August 17 at Round Rock, Hays, and Highland campuses for 1-on-1 support.

Scholarships Now Open!

Deadline Monday, August 19th

Our scholarships are now open! The deadline is Monday, August 19th.

Nicolas Newkirk Endowed Scholarship

Purpose: To assist students enrolled in the ACC Dual Credit Program

Criteria:

  • • Submit an essay of 250-500 words explaining how this financial assistance would help you to explore ideas and find your passion by taking ACC college courses while in high school.
  • • Financial need as determined by the ACC General Scholarship Application.


Terms of Scholarship:

1. Students must enroll in at least three hours during the semester of the award and earn a minimum semester GPA of 2.50.

2. Scholarship must be used within the semester awarded.

Family Orientations for Families of Dual Credit

ACC's Family Engagement Office will be hosting Family Orientations for families of dual credit/Early College High School students. This orientation will cover information about the college-going process, ACC resources, and best practices for supporting dual credit/Early College High School students on their journey through their ACC courses. 


We will be offering an orientation in Spanish from 6-8 pm on August 21st at our ACC Highland Campus (with a virtual option offered as well) and an orientation in English from 6-8 pm on August 22nd at our ACC Highland Campus (with a virtual option offered as well). More information can be found in the attached flyers. Please RSVP as soon as possible as we have limited spots available! 




La Oficina de Participación Familiar de ACC organizará Orientaciones Familiares para familias de estudiantes de crédito dual/Early College High School. Esta orientación cubrirá información sobre el proceso de asistencia a la universidad, los recursos de ACC y las mejores prácticas para apoyar a los estudiantes de crédito dual/Early College High School en su recorrido por sus cursos de ACC. 


Ofreceremos una orientación en español de 6 a 8 p. m. el 21 de agosto en nuestro ACC Highland Campus (también se ofrece una opción virtual) y una orientación en inglés de 6 a 8 p. m. el 22 de agosto en nuestro ACC Highland Campus (con también se ofrece una opción virtual). COVID-19 Campus Updates

ACC keeps monitoring our COVID-19 situation. Here are some updates for our Riverbats.
  • We're currently offering on-campus COVID-19 vaccination clinics for eligible members of the ACC community. Those in attendance will receive the Pfizer vaccine.

  • Face Mask coverings are no longer required to wear while visiting campus, centers, or facilities. The option to wear a mask is voluntary.
