Inaugural WDHS Firefighter Class

Congratulations to the ten WDHS students who successfully completed the entry level firefighter class on March 15. Parents and administrators were able to attend and witness the graduation event. These students have spent two Wednesdays a month with instructor Darren Jorgenson with textbook learning and hands-on training. Tips for Parents: Healthy Social Media Use

1.Understand the apps. What was true two years ago is no longer the case. Download the apps yourself and understand how they work. The apps and their algorithms are stronger than our will, and understanding how they work can help parents create sensible limits.

On Wednesday, April 12th the School District of Wisconsin Dells will host its 4K registration at the Wisconsin Dells High School. Here are the top 5 reasons to make sure to register your child for 4K for the upcoming school year.

State Assessment Schedule and Updates

Although we are well into and through many of the State Assessments, please be aware of any upcoming assessments that your child may be participating in. State assessments are important as they are used as a way to gage student progress towards proficiency in state standards and gives our schools program-wide data to helps shape achievement goals and programming. 
Spring Sports and the WDEF Team Up
Spring Sports and the Wisconsin Dells Education Foundation are teaming up to raise money for their programs and scholarships in the Wisconsin Dells School District. Athletes are selling Kalahari Resort Waterpark and Theme Park All-Day Combo Passes. The retail value of a pass is $59 and they are being sold for only $20. Pictured above are representatives Track and Field. The WDHS Baseball team are selling the passes as well. Thank you for supporting our student athletes and graduating senior students.
