Generation Z, millennials say pandemic
changed their career hopes

Using College Job Boards to Recruit
|
|
Many college and university career centers across North Carolina are using online job boards to connect students with employers. These job boards are free recruiting tools that state agencies can utilize to post job vacancies, internships, and receive alerts to upcoming recruiting events at colleges and universities. Here are the benefits of this method of recruiting college students:
- Accessing a wider audience of talent by expanding your outreach to new regions and schools without traveling to them.
- With some schools using the same platform (Handshake, Symplicity, Gradleader, etc.), agencies can create one profile page in each platform that can be used across multiple colleges and universities.
-
By listing your agency's job opportunities or hosting an information session, college and university career centers can easily promote these to their students.
- Can increase attendance to virtual events and applicants to opportunities.
