CommUnity Civility Workshop
Thursday, July 30, 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Now more than ever we need to find ways to share differences in a healthy way. Nolan Finley and Stephen Henderson bring you the Great Lakes Civility Project.

The Civility Project seeks to bring people of opposing viewpoints together for healthy disagreement, personal interactions and
constructive conversations. In this workshop, participants will
engage in enlightening discussion, learn to listen to others, and learn why the listening is important. "If we reach the point where we dehumanize the people we disagree with, anything is possible," Stephen says.

Please register through eventbrite here. For more information, contact jude halloran, Library Director, or Judy Cooper, Township Treasurer, at 248-887-3791 x135 or judy.cooper@highlandtwp.org.
