Gaston Cares is promoting heart health awareness by implementing a Red Table Initiative. When you see a red tablecloth at an event, it symbolizes food options that have less saturated fat, low or no sodium (salt), and more fiber. By participating in the Red Table Initiative, your organization can raise awareness about the importance of preventing heart disease, encourage better nutritional choices, and make positive organizational changes by adopting a healthy meals policy. All organizations and businesses are welcome to participate. Organizations and businesses that agree to participate will receive a Red Table Toolkit. Register online by clicking here.
