Founded in 1989, Highland Springs Country Club is the premier private, gated club community in Springfield and Southwest Missouri. The Club features a championship Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course and a 42,000 square foot Frank Lloyd Wright inspired clubhouse. Members enjoy tennis and pickleball courts, an aquatics center and recently renovated dining and banquet spaces. Highland Springs also proudly hosted a PGA Tour event for 36 years, building a strong tradition of excellence and hospitality.



The General Manager serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading all departments and daily operations of the Club. This role emphasizes a true member-first service culture while providing financial oversight, budgeting and long-term planning. The General Manager will recruit and develop staff, partner closely with Ownership and the Board and act as the primary liaison to the membership and community. The position also provides executive leadership for the community HOA while guiding the Club’s strategic vision forward.

Founded in 1961, the North Carolina State University Club is a family-oriented private club serving faculty, staff, alumni and friends of NC State. With more than 900 engaged members, the Club has invested heavily in recent years, completing Phase One of a $25 million master plan that added premier fitness, dining and aquatic amenities. Its standout athletic offerings include extensive racquet facilities, a resort-style aquatic complex and a scenic Par-3 golf course, all supported by a strong culture of community and tradition.

The Club seeks a Director of Racquet Sports to lead tennis, pickleball and padel within a thriving, multi-sport environment. Reporting to the General Manager, this role blends visible on-court presence with off-court leadership, staff development and program growth. The Director will elevate participation, strengthen junior development and deliver an inclusive, high-quality racquet experience aligned with the Club’s standards of excellence.
