Proper Phys. Ed uniform: Saints T-Shirt, navy (dark & light) shorts or sweatpants and running shoes (with an arched sole).

A school hoodie may also be worn. 

If a student has Phys. Ed Period 1, 2 or 3, she must arrive in her school uniform, change into her Phys. Ed uniform BEFORE SCHOOL starts and change back into her school uniform at lunch time. 

If a student has Phys. Ed Period 4 or 5, she must arrive in her school uniform, change into her Phys. Ed uniform at LUNCH and she may leave the school wearing her Phys. Ed uniform. 

Students should always be using the Phys. Ed locker room to change. 

If a student has a practice or tryout after school, she must change after school into her Phys. Ed uniform. 

If a student has a game after school, she must change into her team uniform at lunch time. 

On Wednesday, Sept 7th, students will be given health forms to sign and return to Ms. Leventis on the 4th floor.

Please ensure that the information is correct and add anything that is missing.

These forms must be returned by Wednesday, Sept. 15th.

Students will also be given a COVID test kit.

Online learning will only be available for students who need to isolate due to COVID or for extended illnesses. Requests should be made directly to Anika Maloni via email @ amaloni@sacredheart.qc.ca

Please allow a 24-hour leeway for information to be communicated to teachers in order for the Google Meet to be active for the classes. 

Students who miss school for appointments, trips or short-term illnesses will not have access to online learning but can check Google Classroom in order to have an update of what was covered in class and to access any power points and documents that may have been distributed during their absence. 

Sacred Heart is pleased to offer every student "Paper" - unlimited, 24/7, personalized online tutoring from expert tutors.  

Teachers have access and can see the work of their students.

Login information will be provided to all students at the beginning of the school year.
