Highlights of the night included...

CAB Coordinator of Major Gifts Sr. Joan Magnetti, rscj, presented stalwart Academy supporter and Rising Stars sponsor Dr. Frank P. Cammisa Jr. with the Good Shepherd Award for his longtime commitment to caring for others, including our students. During her speech, she said, "Frank, you live the Gospel message as written about in St. John’s Gospel."

Our kids have stressors that most people in this room have never contended with. We fundraise for what public schools get as a matter of course, and yet here we are, unapologetic, with the audacity to ask for more."

Distinguished Alumni Jeremiah Andre '15, who is in his final year of a two-year Masters in Science at the University of Hartford and specializing in Prosthetics and Orthotics, gave an inspiring keynote address to nearly 200 guests after dinner.

We educate 880 PreK-8th grade students on 4 campuses each year. 96% of our girls and boys come from families that cannot afford our annual tuition of $5,685, so we must raise over $3.3mm annually just for need-based financial assistance.
