A recap of the year for the Vail Board of Realtors, VMLS Board of Directors, and the VBR Foundation!
As our Board of Directors reflects over the last year, we accomplished a lot in 2019. A few highlights to look back at over the year are listed below.

As we enter the new year, we have many great things in store. We will continue working towards our mission; To support our members and serve the community through education, technology, philanthropy and advocacy.
VBR Board of Directors:


  • VBR and VMLS provided $30,000 to support Eagle County down payment assistance programs.

  • We updated our website to highlight our membership and what we do in the community with more images. Also, updated all the content to make sure it is correct and relevant.

  • Provided the Colorado Association of Realtors' health plan option as an option that all VBR members can use. Read more...


  • Created the brand-new “Welcome Home Bag” Program to promote VBR and our members in the community. Launched on January 15th


  • Provided grants to members to attend CAR Meetings and Refresh to help grow our future leaders.

  • With our partnership with Eagle County, we provided 55 homeowners with REALFire Program wildfire property assessments.

  • We added a new section to new member orientation called "10 Things You Need to Know." This new section focuses on important topics specific to our area, and to help new members learn about our Vail Pro program.

Vail MLS Board of Directors:
  • After reviewing of several MLS vendors, the VMLS Board decided to switch to Flex MLS

  • Provided MLS training to our members.

  • New safety app called Forewarn is now available. Click here for sign up information. This benefit is only for Vail MLS Realtor members.
VBR Foundation Board of Directors:
  • Participated in the Benches of Avon project. Our bench represented what the VBRF does for the community. Giving. Supporting. Community.


  • With the efforts of our offices creating baskets we raised over $15,000 for VBRF's scholarship program at our Holiday Party.

  • Twelve students received scholarship awards in 2019, more than double the number awarded in 2018.
