Welcome to UConn Hillel! We are incredibly happy for our students to join us back on campus and to provide them with a safe, positive, and welcoming environment. Stay tuned for exciting virtual programming and socially distanced outdoor events when possible! As always, UConn Hillel is here as your home away from home!

Jersey Shabbat!
On October 23rd, 2020 UConn Hillel will be having an outdoor Jersey themed Shabbat in our large backyard! Come dressed up repping your favorite sports team!

Services will be at 6 PM and dinner at 7 PM.
***Masks and social distancing are mandatory. All food will be individually packaged.***

Fill out this form if you plan on attending! We will be allowing up to 45 students in person.

If you would prefer not to join us in person, aren't on campus, or 45 students have already signed up to come in person, you can come pick up your Shabbat dinner at the Hillel building anytime after 1pm on Friday 10/23 and join us through Zoom.

Spooky Paint and Sip!
Join UConn Hillel on Thursday, October 29th at 7:30 PM for a night of painting and socializing! Sign up through this form by Monday, October 26th at 11:59 PM.

By signing up, you'll get a kit including a wooden Hamsa and pumpkin, paint, paint brushes, candy, and either wine or sparkling cider! You must be age 21 to get wine. Kits can be picked up at Hillel on Wednesday and Thursday, October 28-29th from 12 PM to 6 PM.

Then, join us on Zoom for fun activities and to paint together!
Apply for the UConn Hillel Student Board!
Applications are out now and due October 29th at 11:59 pm and elections will be November 5th at 7 pm. Click here for the application and more info!

Joining the board is a great way to create meaningful experiences for Jewish students on campus and gain great leadership experience.
Support our Kosher Dining!
Even though Towers Dining Hall is closed, please continue to support Kosher Dining! There are Kosher options provided in each of the open dining halls as well as Kosher sandwiches in all of the retail dining locations!

Be sure to stop by Hillel on Saturdays from 10am-2pm to pick up your weekend Kosher meals!
