Featured Event: Lectoescritura at Minter Bridge Elementary School
|
|
The “Lectoescritura” program at Minter Bridge Elementary School brings together parent advisory committee (PAC) members and other parents once a month to enhance their language skills, specifically reading and writing. Parents read bilingual books and practice reading and writing strategies they can take back home and practice with their children. At the end of each activity, parents receive a free copy of the book.

Third quarter ends on Thursday, April 7, and there will be no school for all students on Friday, April 8. School resumes and fourth quarter begins on Monday, April 11. Let’s finish strong!

Board members are community volunteers and do not receive compensation for their work. Board members establish policy based on Oregon and Federal laws governing schools.
