Boundary Adjustment Approved by Board
At their meeting on Tuesday, April 27, the School Board approved new attendance boundaries for North Plains and Atfalati Ridge Elementary Schools. View the boundary map and other information about the process at bit.ly/3xyzH8Y.

Bond Update: Jackson Elementary Gym
Structural steel for the new gym at Jackson Elementary School has been erected, and priming and painting is in progress. Crew members have started on the exterior framing. Roof panels are expected to go up soon. This is one of the final three gyms (out of eight total) to be built by the bond. View construction updates at hillsboro-bond.org

The HSD Board of Directors comprises seven elected members serving four-year terms and three student representatives serving a one-year term. Board members are community volunteers and do not receive compensation for their work. Board members establish policy based on Oregon and Federal laws governing schools.
