Many thanks to those of you who submitted questions and watched the Superintendent Coffee Chats that took place last week. Though we certainly missed having the opportunity to visit with you in person, the format did allow us to cover a wide variety of topics and to record the meetings so people can go back and watch them on their own time (also known as “asynchronously” in the Comprehensive Distance Learning world!). Click the following links to access the recordings: Wednesday, Oct. 21; Friday, Oct. 23.
We have also created a Q&A document for your reference, which covers subjects ranging from when students will come back to school, to why HSD elementary playgrounds are still closed, to safety protocols the District has in place at its buildings, and much more.
Our final Superintendent Coffee Chat of the Fall will be for a Spanish-speaking audience. It takes place this Thursday, Oct. 29, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/ccs-gudb-axjor dial +1 470-655-0305 PIN: 462 795 800#.
