The first-ever Virtual Proud to be HSD Festival is here! Running all week, the Festival features a student art gallery, performances, videos of students showcasing their entrepreneurial endeavors and career-related learning, a virtual chess tournament, Mascot Challenge between our high school mascots and Barley from the Hillsboro Hops, live-streamed virtual versions of our annual Retirement Celebration and Valedictorian/Salutatorian Luncheon, and more. The HSD Board of Directors comprises seven elected members serving four-year terms and three student representatives serving a one-year term. Board members are community volunteers and do not receive compensation for their work. Board members establish policy based on Oregon and Federal laws governing schools.
