Conferences take place this week and all parents are encouraged to attend to learn more about how their students are doing in school. These meetings provide a great opportunity for face-to-face conversations where parents and teachers can discuss how best to encourage and support students in their studies. The conference schedule will vary by school, but many will start on Wednesday night, Nov. 6, and continue through Friday, Nov. 8. There will be no school for elementary students on Thursday, Nov. 7, and no school for all students on Friday, Nov. 8, to accommodate conferences.
