What's Happening at Hillsdale | |
Knights Families,
We hope that you had a relaxing Veterans' Day on Monday. The PTSO would like to thank all who have served or are currently serving in our armed forces---especially those who our HHS families and alumni.
We would also like to thank everyone one last time for their HHS support during last week's Homecoming games, rally, and dance. From what we have heard, the dance was a success!
Another thank you that we would like to give is to the teachers and staff for creating such a great HHS community for students and families. PTSO and Leadership are still looking for donations of pies and some other items. Click here for details November Hospitality
This week, campus didn't have too many events happening, but next week, if you are a winter athlete (or the parent/guardian of one) there are two meetings to add to your calendar. Monday, at 6:30pm is the Winter athlete meeting. This meeting is for the athletes. The second calendar addition is the Winter Sports Parent meeting on Wednesday, at 6:00pm
Interested in limiting your back and forth to HHS AND finding out what's happening on campus?? When you drop your athlete off for their meeting, come by the Cafeteria for our Monthly PTSO Meeting which also starts at 6:30pm. The meeting will also be available virtually.
Have a fabulous week!!

Have you considered making a gift of stock to HHSF? There are many benefits to gifting stock that you've held for more than one year:
- Eliminate capital gains taxes and the Medicare surtax, which combined could be up to 23.8%
- Take an immediate income tax deduction in the amount of the full fair market value if you donate stock before the end of December and itemize your deductions
- Maximize support to your favorite charities: Donating stock that has grown $10,000 in value would result in an additional $2,380 donated to HHSF vs. donating cash!
Give by Friday, December 20 to be included on our Donor List, which will be published after Winter Break!
Please email Marcine Jansen at execdirector@hillsdalehsfoundation.org for details.
