What's Happening at Hillsdale

Knights Families,

Another week, and here we are.

It was so nice to see everyone who stopped by our table at Open House! We hope that you had the chance to visit the other booster tables also. If you missed out and are interested in learning more about them, please reach out and we can connect you.

Also, last week Shakespeare in Love performances happened Friday-Sunday. Friday and Saturday were sold out performances! Congratulations to the cast, crew, boosters, and HHS staff who helped make the show successful.

Saturday, HHS hosted The Fighting Knights Relays at the track. Over 20 different schools from all over the Bay Area attended this year's event. Thanks to Coach Lucey, the athletics boosters, and track families who volunteered their time during the day. Not only was the track competition fierce, but so were the concessions. Thanks so much to Nataliya Popovych and her amazing crew without whom we wouldn't have had snacks!

Tuesday, thanks to the generous donations of HHS Families, we co-hosted a Green Breakfast with Leadership. Thanks to Cruel Donuts, too for the delicious St. Patrick's themed donuts--they were such a hit. If you haven't visited Cruel Donuts, they have two locations--one in Laurie Meadows and one on 25th Avenue. Both won't disappoint!

Today, the Career Speaker series at Hillsdale continues with speakers who are in the Communication and Media Art fields. If you're not familiar with the series, students may visit these speakers during their advisory time (they must sign in and complete a worksheet while there). They get to hear from volunteers who are in the careers listed above--and find out what they do in their jobs, what classes to take, and what career options are available. It's such an honor to pass on knowledge to our students and I know they look forward to attending.

Tomorrow, Athletics is having their Auction Event, but we are still in need of volunteers (Sign up here). If you can spare some time--we'd truly appreciate it. This event supports ALL sports at HHS. It is also a fun way to meet other HHS families at such an amazing venue!! We'd LOVE to see you there--make sure to say, "Hi!"

Last, but definitely not least, time is ticking to help with the $10,000 match offered by a HHS Family...they have offered to match donations given until the end of March up to $10,000. That's a generous donation that we know will make a difference in so many ways! Donate here

One more thing--we are actively looking for PTSO board members for the upcoming school year. If you are interested or would like to nominate someone, we'd love to chat with you/them (no pressure or committment) PTSO Board Interest Form

Thanks and have a wonderful week. Stay cool,

Jen and Holly

Hillsdale Knights Varsity Baseball at Oracle Park

Friday April 10 @ 5pm

We are excited to share a special opportunity for our student-athletes and families! The Hillsdale Knights Varsity Baseball team will take on the Carlmont Scots at Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, on Friday, April 10 @ 5pm. This is an incredible chance for our players to compete on a Major League field and for our community to enjoy high school baseball in a truly memorable setting.

⚾ Important: Ticket Requirement to Make This Event Happen

In order for this opportunity to take place, Hillsdale must sell a minimum of 1,000 tickets to one of the 12 designated San Francisco Giants regular season games. Reaching this goal is what secures our ability to play at Oracle Park.

🎟 How Tickets Work

To attend the high school game on April 10:

• You must purchase a ticket to one of the 12 designated regular season Giants games through https://sfgiants.turnstyle.fan/giants-hillsdale-hs/events

• Each (1) Giants ticket purchased = One (1) complimentary ticket to the April 10 high school baseball game.

• Giants tickets must be purchased before April 10 to receive the complimentary high school game ticket.

• Please purchase enough Giants tickets for all family members and friends who plan to attend the April 10 game.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for our players and our school community. We encourage everyone to support the team by purchasing tickets and helping us reach our 1,000-ticket goal.

Thank you for your support—we look forward to seeing you at Oracle Park on April 10! ⚾
