  • Happy Red Ribbon Week from Students Against Destructive Decisions! According to the Gateway Foundation, club drugs can cause high blood pressure and poor motor function. Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free. 

  • Red Devil Service Club, we will be meeting this Thursday, October 27 after school at 3:05, in Room 216. You will be getting your placement for our Day of Service. Pease plan on attending and bringing your signed Field Trip Form with you.

  • Hello Women in Engineering! Our meeting is THIS Thursday (10/27) after school in Room 188. We have a surprise guest speaker.

  • Thursday October 27th is the Fall Choir Concert at 7:00pm in the Auditorium. Please come and hear our talented Red Devil Choirs perform. Friday October 28th is the HCHS String Festival at 7:00pm in the Gym. Come and hear the talented Red Devil Orchestras perform as well as the orchestras from the middle schools.

  • NHS Sugar Wars returns this Friday, October 28th starting at 7:15am. Bring your appetite and cash to purchase some delectable sweets outside the cafeteria Friday morning. All money raised at this Bake Sale will go to support the People's Resource Center. 

  • Entrepreneurship Club, please join us for our next meeting on Monday, October 31st at 7:20 in Room 231. All are welcome!

  • CARE Club is sponsoring a Howl-o-ween Pet Costume Contest! Students, faculty and staff can use the QR code on posters around the school to submit a photo of your pet in a Howl-o-ween costume! Schoolwide voting will take place on Monday the 31st! Prizes will be awarded for the winners!

  • Are you interested in trying out for Boys Basketball? Pre-season player meetings are on the following days: Freshman - Tuesday, November 1st at 3:05 in Room 291. Sophomores and Varsity - Wednesday, November 2nd at 12:35 in Room 291. Tryouts begin Monday, November 7. Any questions, please contact Coach Doyle, Coach Kalal, or Coach Latorre.

  • Winter is coming and there are many that do not have warm coats or clothing. Please consider donating new or gently used coats, jackets, and warm clothing to the Christian Student Association's coat drive. Bins will be located at the entrances around the school and we will be collecting through Halloween.

  • Girls basketball tryouts will be next week Oct 31st - Nov 2nd from 4-6:30pm in the main gym. In order to participate in tryouts, students need to register on 8to18.com and students must have a current physical form on file. Please reach out to Coach Navolio or see Coach Rogala in room 213 if you have any other questions. 

  • Hey students, thinking about dressing up this Halloween at school? Please keep the following in mind when planning your costume:
  • Absolutely no fake or real weapon props 
  • No full-face masks or full-face paint, as this conceals a student's identity 
  • Costumes should not be offensive, overly violent, or discriminatory
  • All costumes must still adhere to the school dress code.
