Position: Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Dress in professional office attire and maintain punctual attendance
• Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and voicemail
• Maintain office records by copying, filing, organizing, and archiving paper and electronic documents
• Create, update, and format office forms, documents, and correspondence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-starter and able to follow directions
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
