Momma Mondragon's Macarons is Now Hiring Event Specialists!

Are you passionate about delightful pastries and exceptional customer service? Momma Mondragon’s Macarons, a family-oriented European-style patisserie, is seeking a dedicated Event Specialist to join their team. As a scratch patisserie, they take immense pride in their handcrafted products and the close-knit culture that defines their business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage event logistics, including loading, unloading, setup, and teardown
• Assist guests in selecting from a diverse array of unique macarons, pastries, gelato, and espresso
• Serve customers their delectable desserts, prepare and stock pastries, and handle coffee-making
• Perform cashiering duties and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep

Requirements:

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Onsite presence at both in-store locations and events
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a food handler certificate
