HireOne cosponsored an event with the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County focusing on pay equity in the workplace, featuring a training session and an expert panel discussion. The event highlighted no/low-cost strategies for employers to promote pay equity. Local experts shared valuable insights on advocating for pay equity. By exploring the importance of pay equity, we can work together to create a more equitable work environment and better our entire community.
