Summer Time!

Schedules are unique for many but like every other time of year if you don't enter the week with a plan your week may crash. We are all more adaptable if we have a plan and then a backup just in case. 

With all the fancy coolers we have these days like Yeti it makes it even easier to take healthy food on the go with a hectic schedule! For tips to rock this summer follow our 8 weeks blog! See how our 8 weeks to greatness client is doing this 2018 summer right along with you.

When you are connected or around like minded people the motivation is contagious and help keep your focus! Stick with lifting 3x a week if you can but never less than 2x a week. Keep up with cardio 6x a week with your trainers recommended minutes and never less than 3x a week for a happy healthy heart. For meal plans think grill or sandwich and rock the recipes found HERE that make summer great!

After recently coming off a one week vacation in Florida I am reminded of the importance of one word when it comes to managing my health. For me that word is consistency, consistency, consistency. Did I say consistency? 

It's an honor to be nominated for the first time as teammate of the month. After being a client of His & Her Fitness for almost 2 years and recently becoming a teammate, it is truly an honor to be recognized by Christina and our team.

If you follow Christina and her team you know that they are dedicated to helping others live that healthy lifestyle. They get it. They have figured out what it takes to balance your lifestyle and being healthy. 

My fitness journey is not unlike many others. Some days are good and some days are great. I have found that my success has come from three things. 1) Having a plan and working the plan. 2) Having a support system. H&H has been mine. 3) Staying positive and faithful about the process and don't forget to have fun!

Client after client, including me are absolute proof that you can be successful and live a healthy lifestyle. As a client and now a teammate I continue to be inspired each and every day by our clients and my teammates who are trying to be fit not skinny. This journey has a beginning but does not have an end. 

I would also like to congratulate Jenny Stilley and Jeff Crooks on being selected to participate in 8 Weeks to Greatness. If I can do anything to support your journey, I will be there. I am sure your success and stories will be inspiring. Best of luck and don't forget to enjoy the process. You will be amazed what you can accomplish in 8 short weeks. Remember if you trust the process and put in the work I am proof that it definitely works. 

Thank you Christina for having the vision and working your plan with H&H. Thank you for the nomination and recognition as teammate of the month. Thank you to the team and to the clients who continue to motivate me each and every day. I could not think of a better group of men and women to have in my healthy life.

I began working out with the amazing trainers at His & Her Fitness several months ago. So far I am down 26 pounds, 30 inches and 10% body fat. They have helped me start my journey to a healthy lifestyle and I am so grateful. Before I came to H&H I tried everything; special diets and working out on my own, but nothing worked. I needed the accountability and support that the team at H&H provides. I enjoyed this team of people so much that I landed a job with them and I could not be happier! This journey is not over yet and I cannot wait to reach my goals with His & Her Fitness!
