8 Weeks to Greatness is BACK!

It is that time of year to kick it up a notch because school is almost out and you can start developing some of those little habits now. Example: Creative Cardio! If you have the time and you are only training 2x a week, try to add one more workout to kill a few more calories and keep your mindset rocking. You can't out train a bad meal plan!

8 weeks to greatness is BACK! Clients love the #8weeks_to_greatness blogs so be sure to check them out on our website to see how they did it!

As an Owner, Master Trainer, TEAM ON sponsored athlete and Fox 4 Fitness Expert I am still so pumped every morning to train the amazing clients at H&H and love sharing the studio dinners, salsa classes, First Fridays and charity events outside the gym just as much! It's such a blessing to do what I love and it's an honor to work with beautiful people inside and out like the trainers and client of H&H!! WHOOP WHOOP let's rock this summer like no other and plan on being our personal best this year...and for years to come!

Client of the Month
Brenda Stremel

I was so happy and honored when Christina told me I was the H&H Client of the Month! My time at His & Hers has truly been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. I had come to the point after living most of my life in a thin petite body to feeling that youthful appearance slip away into one of a middle aged person. I couldn't accept this transformation and tried numerous diets and attempts to lose weight.  Nothing quite worked long enough to see results and as a result, my personal confidence declined. We've all felt that. I didn't like how I looked or feel good about the clothes I had to buy.

Given the last few frustrating years of increase weight gain, my time and H&H was the easiest challenge I've ever accepted! The training sessions twice a week with Rob and Adrian motivated me. Before I knew it I was getting stronger, feeling stronger, toning and lifting bigger weights all while losing weight! I was able to see numbers on the scale from my former, younger days. My husband helped me prepare the new meals which were tasty. I didn't feel deprived of anything. Water started tasting better than ever. Cardio workouts each night were becoming a welcomed part of my day. Not only was I feeling better and looking healthy again, I saw this as a new lifestyle that I could continue. It's so doable!! Determination and His & Her Fitness will get you there too!!

It's an honor for sure to be recognized as Team Member of the Month! I share the recognition with my peers because they are the ones that push me day in and day out to be a better trainer! That, and my awesome clients who continue to amaze me with awesome results!

Speaking of results...summer is right around the corner and I want to challenge you to STAY ON TRACK! Don't let crazy summer schedules become a reason to neglect your health...rather, use the craziness as a reason to get in the gym early and get it done. Sticking with your healthy eating and workout plans will give you the energy you need to keep up with the kids and all of their adventures this summer. If you need to look at moving your sessions to more optimal times with the kids out of school, let your H&H team know ASAP and we will make it work for you. And if you need new recipe ideas to survive the hot weather and summer socials, just ASK...it's what we do!
