Spring Showers!

It's spring time so in March we totally enjoyed our annual March madness. The trainers team up with their clients team purple and team black. Team purple won again and shirts are being designed and ordered. So proud of all the clients reaching goals and keeping your word.

Now it's April, bring it on! Everyone is busy and tax season doesn't make anyone excited. What we do is spread good energy with #springshowers...post pictures with your friends at H&H, so fun to read good energy in a busy time of the year. My favorite saying positive feeds positive. So spring in with showers of kindness and motivation, you never know who was inspired by your positive post!

Also super pumped the PGA Is in May 6-12th and we are the official gym again!

What a fantastic surprise to be client of the month when there are so many dedicated clients and trainers at H & H.
Sounding like an infomercial ... have you struggled with weight your entire life?  Have you ever gotten in a work out rut?  Have you ever worked out and not seen results?  I can emphatically answer YES to each of these questions.  If I looked back and tried to recall all the different diets and training programs I've tried over the years, there would be no way that I could do it.  So, when a neighborhood friend told me about her family's success at H & H I was intrigued, but somewhat skeptical about trying another program.  After chatting with Christina and coming in for my initial assessment, I signed up and really have not looked back.  I have been more consistent with my workouts and nutrition since starting at H&H than I ever have before.
So, what made the difference for me at H&H?  I think it has to do with the approach to fitness, the trainers, nutrition support and the accountability.  From day one, I received more information about how to train, how to eat and how to push myself physically than I had at anywhere else.   The trainers at H&H are knowledgeable, approachable and will work you to achieve goals you did not even think were possible.  Which is evident based on how much better I feel!  Christina has been a wealth of knowledge regarding nutrition.  She has helped me become more consistent with my food tracking, given guidance on food preparation and has gotten me to try new recipes that I probably would not have before.   I love that I can send her a photo of my plate and she will respond with the good and the bad she sees, as well as making some great suggestions on how to change my selections into something healthier.

I must also mention the other members at H&H and how motivating they are for me. I see the physical changes and dedication that they have, and it makes me understand that I can get there as well if I just keep with the process. My family and friends have started asking me what I've been doing lately since I am looking more fit and now, I get to be the person who tells them about H&H and the wonderful transformations that happen there.

Being a professional has enabled me to realize how important having to pay attention to little things in life make so much of difference. I like to challenge myself because I believe that's the only way we can get better, when you actually step out of your comfort zone and you feel how unsettled you are it just make you realize how we are so used to our routines until we step out it.
I thank GOD everyday because HE has aloud me to better myself from my surrounding no matter what. When I talk to people, my friends, colleagues, my clients and those I come across in my daily leaving, I tell them it is okay to fail but don't get paste in the bubble, dust your shoulder pick up your pieces and try again, consistency will always win. Life is a journey and so is everything else in it, you gotta keeping working at it for it to even get better. There is nothing that just looks good without being worked on, we all know and agree to that, work has to be put in.
Lets stop running because we cannot face the truth, the only way out is when we start to realize how fearless we are and fight through whatever it is that makes us feel uncomfortable, '' man up''. As the saying goes, ''Little by little fills up to the brim''.
Thank you all for allowing me to be a part of you.
