Super Bowl Bound!

Skating Challenge
We were invited to rock skating with client Matt who plays hockey. Challenge accepted, as trainers we also try to step outside our comfort zones! Did you know when you are challenging yourself it helps prevent dementia. Skating is so good for balance, core strength, ankle stability, and awesome for the heart!

Christina's Corner
Love Month coming soon!

When we step out of comfort zones we go to another level! Experience can be so strong for our mental health. This time of year is a wonderful time to set goals and have higher standards. Much easier to do things when others are on board to support you. This January you have set those NEW YEAR goals and in February we have love month right around the corner where you can keep that January momentum going. Invite one person a week, so up to four people that you feel would appreciate a workout with you on the house. What if that person walks in and because of you they change their entire outlook on health? Just one person to help keep you knowing what your goals are and not feel alone. Keep up the goals and never stop learning. Let's do this His & Her Fitness family.

Personal training:

Everyone that trains or rocks the gym can bring someone who has never come in free once a week. Not the same person and prefer a text they are coming so we are ready. If you feel like they are at a starting level might be best for them to train a different hour and not share the hour.

So bring someone that you would love to see healthier. Family, friends, associates and beyond! This is up to 4 people that are inspired by you.

Thank you!

Client of the Month
Dave & Luanne Underwood

We have been going to Christina for a couple of years now and have been very happy with the results. She does a great job of targeting the workout to fit our individual needs. When we started Dave was having some lower back pain which has been addressed. Keeping the food journal has been helpful for making specific dietary changes that affect our overall fitness. Although we're not perfect it does make us mindful. (My weakness is chocolate!) Part of our success is because she keeps us accountable! Thank you Christina!

First off all, thanks to every individual associated with His & Her Fitness (clients and staff). They make it a great environment for me to come in and do my job happily. I am very grateful for that and I want to share this team member of the month to all. I will also like to give thanks to my wife (Sadiya) for keeping the fmaily together. She is the real "MVP" behind my success.

My passion for fitness is not only for me. I love seeing people get results for hard work. I stepped in this field not to just stay in shape and healthy but to help people reach their goals. At His & Her Fitness, my clients make it easy for me to help them. At the end of the day it brings great joy to see my clients reach their goals.
