Christina's Corner
We are back!

OMGoodness it's been an amazing 4 weeks open! Lots of smiles as each of you have seen the before and after remodel here at His & Her Fitness. Thanks you all for staying within the guidelines and respecting each other's boundaries with their health. As you all know we still have some virtual clients out of state or maybe in a place not comfortable or able to step out yet. We will continue to do this for you, it has turned into a great add on...and for those that travel you all have done awesome with virtual! I have to say how proud I am of each of you with overall measurements and improvements of your physical and mental health. Sometimes a little space is good for the heart. It has definitely been a little longer than desired for those of us that are extroverts! Summer is here and everyone it is time to stick with good eating habits, excellent creative cardio outside, continuing your workouts and of course enjoy some vitamin D outside. We have at least pulled the band aid off and now it's time to heal from all the daily changes we each experienced together. Have a blessed summer!

Breakfast burrito

1/2 lb tomatillos
1 jalapeno 
Onion powder 
2 tsp fresh lime juice 
1/3 c packed cilantro 

7 large egg whites
1 tsp olive oil 
1 cup feta cheese 
2 avocados mashed 
8 mama lupa low carb tortilla 

1 saute chopped tomatillos and jalapeƱo, in olive oil 
add lime juice

2 scramble egg Whites use pam on the skillet add feta cheese 

3 spread 1 tsp of mashed avocado with one tortilla and ad sauce from step one and add eggs 

Serving prep for 4 days!

As owner of His & Her Fitness I believe in having balance with h ealth. Yoga for me has been amazing for recovery. And when I started it was because I had some unnecessary stress and it helped me stay relaxed and mindful. Creative cardio has this effect as well so rock that cardio and mix in some yoga. Thanks so much!

Client of the Month
Erica Super

I am so honored to be H&H's client of the month. I have been working out there for a little over a year and am so proud of the progress I have made toward my goals. In the past few months, quarantine has given me an opportunity to slow down and prioritize my fitness.

Christina and team have been an amazing support; with virtual training around my schedule, guiding me on food choices, and pushing me to keep improving. Now that the gym is back open, it has been so great to see everyone and have some 'me time.' (some days I don't want to leave)

I know I am a work in progress, and the great team at H&H is the support I need to keep pushing (so thank you)!!

What a great year it has been! Here's to many more years and goals crushed :)
