Holiday Motivation

Christina's Corner
Happy Thanksgiving!

It's that time of year. When you go in with your childhood memories and go for it. But you are a grown up now so be mindful of your goals of energy, performance, and overall health. Go in with a plan this holiday season. As a personal trainer for 17 years don't be that person that has excuses, I like each of you are leaders at work, home and in the community. Take that same energy and focus into your health. Have some accountability and measure your servings or only have one plate. Think outside the box for desert, make one from website and take with you. It's a dry time of year so hydrate on the go and make that water warm if you are cold. Go in with a plan, wear tight clothes so it is a reminder to eat mindful. Go on a walk after a meal. We at His & Her Fitness care so much about each of you, now treat yourself like you want to feel good. I promise to stay healthy for you...you can do it!

I'm so surprised and honored to be Client of the Month! I have struggled with my weight my entire life and I still do. I was never an athlete and working out is not a way of life for me. I have been training at His & Her  Fitness for 3 years! I love His & Her Fitness because the trainers give me the motivation and accountability I need to get myself exercising. Everyone at His & Her Fitness  becomes your friend. There's always something to talk about and if you need a hug you can get that too! I am the one and only KSBuff on Instagram, inside joke but really can find me there.

Staying fit is something that has been part of my entire life. I played soccer since the age of 6.  I played club, high school and college level soccer. Three (3) years, i decided to pursuit a career as a personal trainer. I will say it was one of the best decision I made. Prior to personal training, I was teaching soccer courses from the age of 3-16. I love helping clients set goals and achieve those goals. It brings a great joy to see my clients happy and healthy. The more happy and healthy I see my clients, the more I wasn't to keep motivating them. Working as a training at His&Her Fitness is wonderful. We have a great team leader which is the owner (Christina Larson) and staff. One thing I love about His&Her Fitness is the unity and bonding around the gym. We all motivate each other to be great. Lets motivate one another and CRUSH it together.
