Meet the snakes of East Haddam! Learn what is special about each of our 14 species of snakes, including their habitats and natural history. Live snakes, of course! The program will be presented by a Ranger from Meigs Point Nature Center.

The program is FREE for children under 18 and one caretaker. Admission is free for East Haddam Historical Society members, with a suggested donation of $5.00 for non-members.

Historic Buildings of the East Haddam Lower Landing

Dr. Stofko, East Haddam Municipal Historian, will share photos and stories of homes and buildings at the East Haddam Lower Landing Area, now the center of East Haddam. Linking past photos from the late 1700's to the early 1900's with photos of the buildings today, Dr. Stofko will share stories of the people and buildings that shaped the Lower Landing.
