On the Way: e-Cards 
Check the inbox in early May for the Historic Half e-Card. All runners must show the e-Card at the Healthy Lifestyle Expo on a phone or present a printed version to receive the official bib at Packet Pick-up on May 19-20 at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center.
Limited tickets remain for breakfast with Bart Yasso from Runners World magazine on Saturday morning, May 20 at 9 a.m. One of the most entertaining speakers in the running world, Bart is making his first appearance at the Historic Half.

The  Healthy Lifestyle Expo at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center (2371 Carl D. Silver Parkway) hosts Packet Pick-up and showcases food, apparel and fitness vendors. Free and open from 12-7 p.m. on May 19 and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on May 20.

Historic Half Apparel
The Historic Half apparel store is now online. Before event weekend, purchase limited-edition Historic Half-inspired performance apparel. Check out the online store for the best selection of products, sizes and colors.  
Expo visitors may become certified in Community CPR at the Cogent Steps booth. Learn this valuable hands-only technique from the experts.

Registration is still available for the Semper 5ive presented by Navy Federal Credit Union. Run 5ive miles on same day as Historic Half, Sunday, May 21 in Fredericksburg.

Getting to the Start
Parking will be available in Central Park retail area for half marathoners and in designated lots adjacent to the Semper 5ive start line. Devil Dog participants will report directly to the Semper 5ive start. There will be no pre-event shuttle service to the 5ive/Devil Dog start.  
Post-run shuttles will return Semper 5ive/Devil Dog runners to the designated parking locations. Spectators can shuttle from Central Park to downtown Fredericksburg on Mile 7 of the Historic Half course throughout event morning. 
On Saturday, May 20, a free trolley shuttle will run from the Healthy Lifestyle Expo to three different Downtown locations. To visit sites like Goolrick's Modern Pharmacy, home of the country's longest continuously-run soda fountain. 
Quantico 100 | April 29
How far can you run in 100 minutes? Celebrate Marine Corps Base Quantico’s 100th anniversary at the  Quantico 100 . Log as many miles as you can in 100 minutes on a loop on April 29 at 5:30 p.m. Or run the 2.62 mile Quantico 100 Mini at 6:10 p.m. The Quantico 100 concludes with a free celebration concert honoring the centennial of the Base. A great tune up for the Historic Half.
Runners can earn the limited edition Distinguished Participation medal by completing any of the Historic Half events plus  Run Amuck (June 10), the  Quantico 12K or Tri (Aug. 26) and  Turkey Trot 10K (Nov.18). Distinguished Participation medals will be presented at the Turkey Trot in November.
