Healthy Lifestyle Expo at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center (2371 Carl D. Silver Parkway) hosts Packet Pick-up and showcases food, apparel and fitness vendors. Free and open from 12-7 p.m. on May 19 and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on May 20.

Parking will be available in Central Park retail area for half marathoners and in designated lots adjacent to the Semper 5ive start line. Devil Dog participants will report directly to the Semper 5ive start. There will be no pre-event shuttle service to the 5ive/Devil Dog start.

Post-run shuttles will return Semper 5ive/Devil Dog runners to the designated parking locations.
Spectators can shuttle from Central Park to downtown Fredericksburg on Mile 7 of the Historic Half course throughout event morning.

On Saturday, May 20, a free trolley shuttle will run from the Healthy Lifestyle Expo to three different Downtown locations. To visit sites like Goolrick's Modern Pharmacy, home of the country's longest continuously-run soda fountain.

. Log as many miles as you can in 100 minutes on a loop on April 29 at 5:30 p.m. Or run the 2.62 mile Quantico 100 Mini at 6:10 p.m. The Quantico 100 concludes with a free celebration concert honoring the centennial of the Base. A great tune up for the Historic Half.
