Conversations On Race

Presented by Talbot Family Network

Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum - Saint Michaels, MD

Monday, Mar. 23 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

For March, we’ll enter this conversation through the lens of lens of history and perspective. Frederick Douglass’ life story began here in Talbot County, and his experiences offer a powerful window into the landscape of enslavement that shaped this region. While Douglass’ story is extraordinary, it also invites us to reflect on the many lives and experiences that remain largely unknown—and what it means for our community to live alongside that history today.
