We are pleased to introduce Claire Houck as the new Operations Coordinator for the Holbrook Farms Master Association, starting April 15th, 2024!

For the past two years, Claire has been working as an Operations Coordinator for several other CCMC-managed companies in Utah.

In her role as Operations Coordinator, she will work hand-in-hand with our Homeowners to process architectural applications and coordinate community standards. When not at work, Claire enjoys spending time outdoors or cuddling up at home with her 3-month-old baby boy.

We are so excited to have her on the Holbrook Farms team!

Parking Enforcement

It has come to our attention that some residents are disregarding the community's parking regulations.

We urge all residents to park in the designated areas within the community and to ensure that their guests do the same. Failure to comply will result in immediate enforcement action. As a reminder, overnight parking in common areas is prohibited.

Design Review Process

Now is a perfect time to submit an architectural application before spring arrives. Any modifications to the exterior of the home or property must go through the Design Review Process. This process includes completing an application, questionnaire, and site plan.

As a reminder, all homes are required to have landscape installed within 9 months of closing.
