Landscaping Reminders

The beauty of Holbrook Farms exists not only through its natural location but the Community Wide effort of maintaining and improving its landscape.

Management has observed community-wide trends of what appears to be unattended weed growth, missing street trees, and absent plants and shrubs in non-sodded areas of residents' landscape. The following deadlines have been provided for each landscape concern.

Weed Maintenance - August 28th

Missing Shrubs and Plants - October 1st

Missing Street Trees - November 1st

If you have a unique circumstance or questions, please contact management by emailing info@myholbrookfarms.com.

Lehi City Landscape

Lehi City is responsible for maintaining various landscape areas throughout the community. These are typically along the cinderblock walls.

If you have concerns regarding landscape, maintenance, etc., on Lehi City property, you can report your concern on their website.

Dog Waste Clean-Up and Leashes

With the nicer weather and beautiful community, it's no surprise that many dog owners call Holbrook Farms home. To ensure everyone can enjoy the parks and walkways, please remember to always keep your pet leashed, clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. This way, all Holbrook Farms residents can enjoy the community.

Guest Parking

We would like to thank the residents who have taken the time to contact management about guests who plan to park in common area parking during their stay in the Holbrook Farms community.

If your guest has a vehicle they would like to park in common area parking during their stay, please complete a guest parking form on the community website. This will help prevent any violations/notifications from occuring.

Did you know that there is a LocalScape guide on the community website?

Using a LocalScape design for your property has many benefits, including improving your home value, easier irrigation use, and it requires less maintenance. If you are wanting to install LocalScape on your property, visit the community website to see what the requirements are.

In addition, make sure to complete a design application for the DRC to review and approve prior to starting your project.
