2024 Assessment Changes

After a comprehensive review of the budget, and in order to plan sufficiently for 2024 and beyond, the Board has approved of the following:

The Master will NOT increase. Therefore, the Master assessment per quarter will remain at $69, effective January 1, 2024.

If you live in a Benefited Service Area, there may be a change to your quarterly assessment amount starting in January 2024. You should have received an email or letter regarding the assessment change. If you would like further information, please contact management by emailing info@myholbrookfarms.com.

If you have automatic payments set up, please ensure it reflects the correct amount for 2024 assessments.

1st Quarter Assessments Reminder

Vehicle Idling

Management has observed community-wide trends of what appears to be unattended vehicles idling for extended periods of time.

As a reminder, idling of any unattended vehicle is prohibited in Utah. For more information regarding idle reduction laws, please click the button below.

Snow Pushing Reminders

As the weather is cooler and we continue to see more snow in Holbrook Farms, here are some helpful reminders about snow pushing!

Both the City of Lehi and the Association push snow throughout Holbrook Farms. The Association does not begin snow pushing until the end of a snow event with at least 2" of snow accumulation or more. Crews may be dispatched in extreme cases where 2" are reached well before the storm ends. To learn more, visit our website.

Parking During a Snow Event

Please respect parking restrictions, this includes overnight street parking. Snowplows must navigate many narrow streets. Residents are asked to avoid parking on the street to allow snowplows to clear them. Cars that remain on streets and restrict plowing may be ticketed and/or towed by the HOA management or Lehi City. As a reminder, parking is not permitted on private streets anytime.

Holiday Lights & Decor

Exterior permanent lighting is trendy, and many neighbors in Holbrook Farms have it installed on their homes.

As a reminder, there is a difference between permanent lighting and temporary lighting. Permanent lighting must be professionally installed underneath the eaves of your home, shielded and downward facing.

Temporary lighting can also be professionally installed; however, these are generally bulbs placed on the edge of your eaves and can be seen from the street.

If you would like to install permanent lighting, please complete the application beforehand by clicking the link below.

A friendly reminder that decorations can be put up thirty (30) days before a holiday and must be taken down thirty (30) days after the holiday.
