Introducing The New Community Manager

We are pleased to introduce Anne Barlow, CMCA as the new Community Manager of the Holbrook Farms Master Association.

Anne has worked with CCMC since 2021 in different capacities throughout several of the Ivory Communities. For the past two years, she has been the Community Manager for Ivory Ridge Master Association in Lehi, leading that community through the transition to their Homeowner Board.

Anne loves working with people and brings almost two decades of project management, operations, marketing, and communications experience to Holbrook Farms. She looks forward to building and maintaining strong relationships with both the residents and the Holbrook Farms Board of Directors.

In her free time, Anne can be found on the sports fields with her family as both a fan for her nieces and nephews and a coach for Girls Youth Softball. As a DIY lover, she spends her time with friends and family organizing and working on home-improvement projects. She also loves to cook and has accepted the challenge to try a new recipe every week!

Thanksgiving Point's Easter Bunny Breakfast

On Saturday, March 30, celebrate Easter with the whole family at the Easter Bunny Breakfast. Choose your favorites at the breakfast buffet, enjoy a complimentary picture with the Easter Bunny and have fun with other Easter activities!

1st Quarter Assessments Reminder

The 1st quarter assessments were due on January 1.

Please check your account to be sure that you do not have any outstanding balances and to make sure you have updated your banking information. If you have not paid your assessments in full, late fees have been added to your account.

Pet Reminders

Management has observed community-wide trends of what appears to be unattended animals off-leash roaming the community and pet waste not disposed of properly.

As a reminder, please pick up after your pet and always keep them on a leash when out in the community. Residents will be contacted if management notices these rules not being followed. If the concern continues, fines may be assessed.

Holbrook Park Reminders

Management and Lehi City workers have observed what appears to be motorcyclists riding throughout the unfinished Holbrook Park.

We kindly ask residents to keep their eyes out for anyone on a motorcycle or for any other nefarious activity. If you notice anything, please call the police and take pictures of the concern.

With your help, we hope to put a stop to these activities before any more damage happens to the unfinished park.

Holiday Lights & Decor

We've enjoyed everyone's festive lights and displays this season. As a reminder, non-permanent holiday lights and displays should have been turned off by February 1st. Non-permanent lights must be removed from the exterior of your home by April 1st.

If you would like to install permanent lights or make any exterior changes to your property, please visit the community website and fill out the design review application. Once the application is complete, please email it to designreview@myholbrookfarms.com
