July 2025 Edition

Welcome Chelsey Morgan!

We are happy to welcome Chelsey Morgan as our new Resident Services Coordinator for the Holbrook Farms Master Association.

Chelsey brings with her a dynamic background in Customer Service, Human Resources, and Military experience. Most recently, she served as a recruiter for a global heart valve company, where she hired over 600 front-line employees, supervisors, and executive assistants in just two years. One of her standout achievements was spearheading the company’s first-ever on-site job fair, which became such a success it turned into a monthly event attracting over 100 applicants each time.

Chelsey holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Strayer University.

Outside of work, Chelsey loves spending time with her husband, two sons, and daughter. She enjoys anything outdoors, reading, traveling, concerts, and listening to a wide range of music—from Slow Jazz to Heavy Metal!

As Holbrook Farms grows, we're excited to transition our previous Resident Services Coordinator, Kellie Hardin, to the Lifestyle & Communications Coordinator role!

Kellie has been with Holbrook Farms since February and comes to us with previous event planning and communications experience. She will be arranging association events (like the upcoming National Night Out) and organizing communications between management and homeowners.

Thanks for Attending!

Thank you to those who attended the Community Update Meeting. These are held on Zoom every quarter and are meant to provide education and transparency to residents and board members. We look forward to seeing you at the next Community Update Meeting in September.

There were a few questions brought up by our Resident Board Member that we'd like to answer here. As a reminder, Holbrook Farms Park is maintained by the city of Lehi. Management does not use community budget or resources on anything park-related. If you have any concerns regarding the park, please reach out to Lehi City via this button:

There has also been some resident concern about the traffic coming in from 2100 N. We feel your pain, as we use 2100 N to get in and out of Holbrook Farms as well! Management is contacting Lehi City to get some answers on who we can talk to regarding traffic in and around the community streets.

Please continue to use the Report a Concern link above to report immediate concerns regarding traffic and we will keep you posted if we find out any further information.

Mark Your Calendars

Our next Signature Event is National Night Out which will be held on August 5th at Holbrook Farms Park. We expect the Lehi Fire and Police Departments to be there, as well as representatives from Primary Children's Hospital. This is a great event to meet community helpers and neighbors! Please register below to secure your spot.

Design Review

All changes to the outside of the home and the yard need to have approval from the Design Review Committee first.

Applications can take some time to get approved depending on the scale of the project. Please plan on a minimum of a couple of weeks from submittal to approval.

We are happy to help you complete your application if you need assistance.

Landscaping FAQs

As a response to the volume of inquiries that we have received regarding landscaping, management has created a list of Landscaping FAQs for your reference.

Click the button below to view the document that is also available through the website. There are a lot of moving parts to the landscape maintenance of our community, so this information will be helpful to know as we get further into the warmer months.

Please familiarize yourself with this document and kindly reach out to info@myholbrookfarms.com if you have any further questions or concerns. We are always happy to help.

Quarterly Assessments

Quarterly Assessments are due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Please watch for the statements and assessments notices and take a moment to review and update your accounts if needed.

Parking

Overnight Parking within the Benefited Neighborhoods is prohibited on the streets.

In neighborhoods where there are open parking spaces, these are reserved as open parking on a first-come, first-serve basis and should not be used as permanent overflow parking for residents.

Please be mindful of this and respectful of your neighbors.

As a friendly reminder, there is no trailer parking allowed on any streets within Holbrook Farms. This includes recreational vehicles, work trailers, and boats.

Please park these vehicles behind an approved screened area.

Friendly Reminders

With the beautiful scenery surrounding our community and the parks within our neighborhoods, it is great to see all of the pets out and about.

Friendly reminder to pick up after these pets-the common areas belong to everyone and there should never be any pet waste left for others to discover.

Please ensure your trash cans are properly stored and not visible from street view after collection days.

Keeping them out of sight helps maintain our community’s clean and welcoming appearance.

Let’s all do our part to keep our community looking its best. If you have any questions or need suggestions on storage solutions, feel free to reach out.

We also want to give a big shout-out to those who consistently store your trash cans properly—thank you for setting a great example and contributing to our neighborhood's curb appeal!
