Resident Board Appointment

Management has reviewed the applications and will contact those who applied. We look forward to announcing the new member of the Board of Directors in future communications.

Native Grass

Have you noticed the native grass all throughout Holbrook Farms and the surrounding areas? Native grass has been primarily planted in the areas maintained by Lehi City. This ground cover is eco-friendly, water-wise and low maintenance, making it a great addition to the Holbrook Farms landscape.

To learn more about native grass and what it looks like, you can visit this website here.

Construction Near You

Our community is continuing to grow! On the west side of the community there are several construction projects going on. With the new city park and homes being built, there will be more construction/landscape vehicles parked throughout the community. Please be patient with street parking during business hours. We are excited to see our community continually growing!

If you notice a vehicle parked on a public street (green sign) that remains unmoved for over 48 hours, please contact the Lehi City police department. If it is on a private street (blue sign) please email your HOA management.

Fourth of July Office Closure

The Holbrook Farms HOA Management office will be closed on July 4 in observance of Independence Day. The office will be open with normal operating hours on July 3. If there is an emergency, residents can call the emergency line at 800.274.3165

Dog Waste Clean-Up and Leashes

With the nicer weather and beautiful community, it's no surprise that many dog owners call Holbrook Farms home. To ensure everyone can enjoy the parks and walkways, please remember to always keep your pet leashed, clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. This way, all Holbrook Farms residents can enjoy the community.

Guest Parking

With summer beginning, more Holbrook Farms residents will be having guests visit for extended periods of time. If your guest has a vehicle they would like to park in common area parking during their stay, please complete a guest parking form on the community website. This will help prevent any violations/notifications from occuring.

Safety Practices

Due to recent events, the HOA management team would like to give a friendly reminder on safety precautions.

  • Lock you doors and windows
  • Keep your garage door closed
  • If you are out of town, have a friend or neighbor pick up any mail or package deliveries
  • Lock your car doors
  • Don't leave any personal items in your car
  • Report any suspicious activity you see

If you notice any strange activity in the community, please contact the Lehi City police department at (385) 201-1005.

Did you know that there are fencing examples on the community website?

If you are wanting to install a fence on your property, visit the community website to see what type of fences are allowed within the community. In addition, make sure to complete a design application for the DRC to review and approve prior to starting your project.

Ever Considered Native Plants?

Holbrook Farms homeowners are encouraged to incorporate native plants and water-wise landscaping principles into their own landscapes. When you go to the nursery, many of these plants may not look very exciting. That's because many native or desert plants aren’t bred to look their best in containers. Visit a Xeriscape demonstration garden to see how these plants look once planted in the ground or grown to maturity. For more information, view the Holbrook Farms Recommended Plant List by clicking the button below.
