ST PATRICK'S DAY IS MARCH 17th
|
It's often said that Ireland is home to more four-leaf clovers than any other place, giving meaning to the phrase “the luck of the Irish.” If you're lucky enough to find a four-leaf clover, look for more!
Americans are also thought to have come up with the idea that green makes you invisible to leprechauns. According to the tradition, if you are not wearing green and therefore visible to the leprechauns, a leprechaun may wind up pinching you.

March = Spring Landscape Startup
|
With the spring weather that we are experiencing, we are able to start on spring landscape startup in March, weather pending. The Management Team along with our new landscape vendor are working together to implement the best plans for the upcoming landscaping season. Please watch for updates. In the meantime, some reminders:
- Regular irrigation lines are starting to be inspected. We follow the City of Lehi guidelines on when to regularly schedule the watering and right now, they recommend between April 15 and May 1, but to be conservative in watering.
- The maintenance crews are now in the community weekly as of March 1. All sod, shrubs, and trees are being evaluated.
As always, if you have any concerns about anything that you are seeing with your yard or in the common areas, please feel free to reach out to the Management Team at info@myholbrookfarms.com and we will work with you and the landscape team to address the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and look forward to a great landscape season!

Architectural Application Process
|
As spring approaches, our outside to-do list gets longer and longer. As a reminder, all changes to the outside of the home and the yard need to have approval from the Design Review Committee first. More details can be found on the website: myholbrookfarms.com/designreview.
Applications can take some time to get approved depending on the scale of the project. So plan on a minimum of a couple of weeks from submittal to approval.

The City of Lehi prohibits parking along City Streets November 1 until March 30 between 10 pm and 7 am. During a snow storm, it is illegal to park on any street. You can check out more information on the City of Lehi website here.
Overnight Parking within the Benefited Neighborhoods is prohibited on the streets. In neighborhoods where there are open parking spaces, these are reserved as open parking on a first-come, first-serve basis and should not be used as permanent overflow parking for residents. Please be mindful of this and respectful of your neighbors. You can check out the Governing Documents on the website for more information: Rules and Regulations

With the beautiful scenery surrounding our community and the parks within our neighborhoods, it is great to see all of the pets out and about.
Friendly reminder to pick up after these pets-the common areas belong to everyone and there should never be any pet waste left for others to discover.

As a friendly reminder, please ensure your trash cans are properly stored and not visible from street view after collection days. Keeping them out of sight helps maintain our community’s clean and welcoming appearance.
Let’s all do our part to keep our community looking its best. If you have any questions or need suggestions on storage solutions, feel free to reach out.
| |
We also want to give a big shout-out to those who consistently store your trash cans properly—thank you for setting a great example and contributing to our neighborhood's curb appeal!
