The Holbrook Farms community website is being updated! The management team is working together to make the website more user-friendly and provide helpful links to help homeowners better understand their community.

Localscape Campaign Concluded


For six weeks, management rolled out a series of educational information for landscaping. The campaign included information from how to submit your architectural application for modifications to your home to tips on protecting your home from flooding.

New developments have popped up right outside of the Holbrook Farms community! A McDonalds and Quick Quack have opened up right along 2100 N.

Holbrook Farms would like to extend congratulations to the 2023 Sixth Grade graduates of Liberty Hills Elementary!



Tree/Shrub Replacements


If you do not live in a benefited service area, now is a great time to replace any trees/shrubs that have died. Management will be sending courtesy letters to replace dead landscape starting in early June.


If you live in a benefited service area, the landscape crews and management will be doing a thorough walk of your area. They will be assessing trees/shrubs that need to be replaced. If the financials permit, replacement will be scheduled. If there are any trees/shrubs on your property that have died, please send management an email with your address and a picture of the dead landscape.



Dog Waste Clean-Up and Leashes


With the nicer weather and beautiful community, it's no surprise that many dog owners call Holbrook Farms home. To ensure everyone can enjoy the parks and walkways, please remember to always keep your pet leashed, clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. This way, all Holbrook Farms residents can enjoy the community.

It's RV Season!


With the weather warming up, you might see RVs and trailers pop-up around Holbrook Farms. We kindly ask all residents to remember that parking RVs or trailers on the street/driveway is strictly prohibited. If you need to bring a trailer/RV to your property for a short period of time, please contact management.


In addition, we have noticed more street parking throughout the community. We would like to remind all homeowners that street parking is prohibited. Parking is only permitted in the unit's garage or driveway (if it is not shared).

Resident Board Appointment

Deadline June 12, 2023

We are seeking one (1) homeowner to join the Board Of Directors as a voting resident.


Becoming a voting homeowner of the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Upholding the governing documents of the Association


  • Listening and making informed decisions in the best interest of the community


  • Communicating with other homeowners and the property management company


  • Setting standards and examples for behavior conducive to the integrity of the community


Our volunteer board members are an integral part of helping to make our great community an incredible place to live!

With the weather warming up, now is a perfect time to install landscape and make any architectural changes to your home. Any modifications to the exterior of the home must go through the Design Review Process. This process includes completing an application, questionnaire, and site plan.
