May 2025 Edition

Thanks for a Fun Event!

Thank you to everyone who attended the Spring Eggstravaganza on April 18th! We loved gathering together as a community to celebrate the season.

And congratulations to those who received prizes from the Golden Egg Hunt! Stay tuned for more information on the next community event.

Holbrook Farms will host 3 more signature events this year: National Night Out (August), Annual Celebration (September), and Fall Fest (October).

All changes to the outside of the home and the yard need to have approval from the Design Review Committee first.

Applications can take some time to get approved depending on the scale of the project. Please plan on a minimum of a couple of weeks from submittal to approval.

We are happy to help you complete your application if you need assistance.

Did You Know?

Report a Concern to Lehi City

There are several areas within Holbrook Farms that are maintained by the City of Lehi, which includes the Holbrook Farms Park. These areas include native grasses, which have been planted to benefit our localscape. A few facts about native grasses:

• Take 3-4 years to fully mature

• Hold moisture longer

• Stabilize the soil to protect against weather.

Please reach out to the City if you have a concern about native grasses.

Spring Landscaping

The Management Team along with our new landscape vendor are working together to implement the best plans for this landscaping season. In the meantime, some reminders:

  • We follow the City of Lehi guidelines on when to regularly schedule the watering. The association is conservative with watering (weather pending) and are actively working on irrigation startup and regular scheduling is taking place the first week of May.
  • The weekly maintenance crews have been in the community weekly as of April 1st. All sod, shrubs, and trees continue to be evaluated as the plants wake up from a long winter.
  • Please make sure your gates are unlocked and all pet waste/pets are removed from your backyard on your scheduled maintenance day.

As always, if you have any concerns about anything that you are seeing with your yard or in the common areas, please kindly reach out to the Management Team at info@myholbrookfarms.com, including your address and pictures of areas of concern where possible.

Quarterly Assessments

Quarterly Assessments are due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Please watch for the statements and assessments notices and take a moment to review and update your accounts if needed.

Parking

Overnight Parking within the Benefited Neighborhoods is prohibited on the streets.

In neighborhoods where there are open parking spaces, these are reserved as open parking on a first-come, first-serve basis and should not be used as permanent overflow parking for residents.

Please be mindful of this and respectful of your neighbors.

As a friendly reminder, there is no trailer parking allowed on any streets within Holbrook Farms. This includes recreational vehicles, work trailers, and boats.

Please park these vehicles behind an approved screened area.

Friendly Reminders

With the beautiful scenery surrounding our community and the parks within our neighborhoods, it is great to see all of the pets out and about.

Friendly reminder to pick up after these pets-the common areas belong to everyone and there should never be any pet waste left for others to discover.

Please ensure your trash cans are properly stored and not visible from street view after collection days.

Keeping them out of sight helps maintain our community’s clean and welcoming appearance.

Let’s all do our part to keep our community looking its best. If you have any questions or need suggestions on storage solutions, feel free to reach out.

We also want to give a big shout-out to those who consistently store your trash cans properly—thank you for setting a great example and contributing to our neighborhood's curb appeal!
