Resident Budget Review

Thursday, October 24th at 5:30 pm

A yearly educational meeting to review the upcoming proposed budget for homeowners. The board will not be present at this meeting and no open forum is held.


Management is happy to schedule in-office meetings to provide additional budget reviews if desired.


Questions must be submitted in advance. A call for questions will be sent out as the event draws near.

4th Quarter Board Meeting

Tuesday, October 29th

The 4th Quarter Board Meeting will be held at the Liberty Hills Elementary School library. Doors open at 5:20 pm, the meeting will start at 5:30 pm.


Additional information will be sent out along with a registration link.

4th Quarter Assessments DUE TODAY


As a reminder, 4th quarter assessments are due October 1st

Please ensure your payments are set up to be received before the 10th of the month. Payments can take several days to process, and late fees are assessed on the 10th. To avoid any additional charges, we recommend scheduling your payments in advance.

Landscaping: Fall Clean-Up

Can you believe it is already that time of year to prep our yards for winter? Throughout October the landscape team will be performing the final fall clean-up. Irrigation shutdown will be starting on October 15th and completed by November 1st as directed by the city of Lehi.


Friendly reminder for homes in the Master:

Please make sure to do the final yard clean-ups including weeding and trimming before the first snowfall.
