Upcoming Events

Safe Kids Utah will be at Holbrook Farms Park on September 27th to provide a free car seat inspection event to the public.

Bring your kids in your car to this drive-thru event, and a certified car seat inspection specialist will assist you in ensuring your children's ultimate safety in your car.

Please be aware that inspections take 30 minutes per child, then 15 minutes for each additional child. We recommend you come prepared with activities/books/tablets to keep your children entertained in their car seats. This event is not sponsored by the association and is also open to the public.

SAVE THE DATE!

The Annual Fall Fest will be held on October 10 from 5-7 pm.

Drop by Holbrook Farms Park to mingle with neighbors, pick up a free pumpkin (1 per person while supplies last), and eat some fall-themed treats!

Hope to see you there!

New Homeowner Packet

We have updated the New Homeowner Packet with lots of helpful information! Even if you're not a new homeowner, you will likely find something you didn't know before in the linked document below.

Photo Submissions

Do you have photos from around Holbrook Farms? Whether it's a beautiful sunset, a fun day at the park, or photos from a great event, we'd love to see them. Send your images to our Lifestyle & Communications Coordinator, Kellie, at khardin@ccmcnet.com so that we can feature them in our newsletters and on social media.

Design Review

All changes to the outside of the home and the yard need to have approval from the Design Review Committee first.

Applications can take some time to get approved depending on the scale of the project. Please plan on a minimum of a couple of weeks from submittal to approval.

We are happy to help you complete your application if you need assistance.

Parking

Overnight Parking within the Benefited Neighborhoods is prohibited on the streets.

In neighborhoods where there are open parking spaces, these are reserved as open parking on a first-come, first-serve basis and should not be used as permanent overflow parking for residents.

Please be mindful of this and respectful of your neighbors.

As a friendly reminder, there is no trailer parking allowed on any streets within Holbrook Farms. This includes recreational vehicles, work trailers, and boats.

Please park these vehicles behind an approved screened area.

Friendly Reminders

With the beautiful scenery surrounding our community and the parks within our neighborhoods, it is great to see all of the pets out and about.

Friendly reminder to pick up after these pets-the common areas belong to everyone and there should never be any pet waste left for others to discover.

Please ensure your trash cans are properly stored and not visible from street view after collection days.

Keeping them out of sight helps maintain our community’s clean and welcoming appearance.

Let’s all do our part to keep our community looking its best. If you have any questions or need suggestions on storage solutions, feel free to reach out.

We also want to give a big shout-out to those who consistently store your trash cans properly—thank you for setting a great example and contributing to our neighborhood's curb appeal!
