Holden Law Group is delighted to welcome Employment Law Attorney, Riley Balestreri, to our team of employment law experts! She is now actively supporting California employers with the Holden Law Group team.

Riley is a passionate advocate for California employers. She provides effective solutions to complex problems and always takes into consideration all aspects of a client’s business and needs. Riley has been working in the legal industry for 10 years. Included in her experience is a background in criminal defense and in representing regional and national businesses with employment-related matters. Riley grew up on an almond ranch in the Central Valley of California, with parents who owned and operated a small construction business specializing in public works. Her unique upbringing and targeted work experience, makes her a zealous and knowledgeable advocate for California employers. Riley focuses her practice on advising and representing employers in all aspects of employment law and in all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining Holden Law Group, Riley, worked at Saber Law Group – a San Francisco, boutique law firm, specializing in the defense of California businesses and employers. While at Saber, Riley litigated harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour class and collective actions, including PAGA. In her six-months so far with Holden, she has already successfully settled multiple litigation matters, and has helped our clients achieve favorable outcomes through her strategically planned and executed motion practices.
