ABM Franchising Group recommends you host a Safety Meeting with your team at least once a month. Even though you may not be able to meet in person, we encourage you to hold a
virtual safety meeting.
Tips on holding a virtual safety meeting:
- Choose 2-3 safety topics from the ThinkSafe site
- Utilize a video conferencing platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Document employees that participate in the safety meeting
- Present the safety tips on screen so participants can follow along
- Send a follow-up email to all participants with the safety topic information
- Record the meeting and confirm that employees who were unable to attend review the recording
