December Cheer: Books and Events to End the Year

Join us for a festive season packed with engaging programs, joyful gatherings, and free events suitable for all ages. Whether you're looking for a place to sit and relax, enjoy a book, or get out of your house to catch up on some work, we've got you covered.

And for a chance to capture the festive spirit and make some magical memories, swing by with your family and friends on Saturday, December 21st, from 10 AM to 1PM for a chance to meet Santa and take pictures.

 
 
 
 

Gift Wrapping Fashion Show


Hey teens! Are you ready to slay the runway?



 December 23rd at 5PM


Lock in for our Gift Wrapping Paper Fashion Show! Team up with your friends, unleash your creativity, and design some killer outfits using only gift wrapping paper. The snacks will be lit. Don’t miss out on the fun and fab vibes. See you there!

This month, join us for some awesome activities! We're spotlighting our book and crochet clubs, bringing back the fan-favorite bingo, and showing Christmas movies for the whole family. And yes, there will be plenty of hot chocolate!



Children and Tweens


All aboard for winter fun!

In addition to our weekly Virtual Reality and Minecraft adventures, we’re hosting a Polar Express movie marathon every two hours starting at 11:30 AM on December 10th.

And don't forget to slide in for story times, meet some reptile friends, and make your own snow cream treat!

Teens



There's plenty of ways you can catch the library vibes this December.

Join our teen advisory meeting to help plan events or snag some volunteer hours. We’ve also got a Paying for College workshop with one-on-one help for your college apps.


And for all you crafty folks, we’re making DIY ornaments on December 17th and throwing a Festive Fashion Show on the 23rd. 


On Saturday, December 14th at 12PM we are meeting for the teen advisory board.
