*Strawberry Rhubarb "Stuff" - Made from local & organically grown strawberries & rhubarb, cooked down and pureed into a sauce-like spread. This thin-set fruit spread contains less pectin than jams/jellies and the thinner texture is to be expected. Serve with a spoon for sharing on a cheese board. It's also a great topping in a bowl of yogurt, atop vanilla ice cream and even as an agridolce for pork chops. (8oz)

*Pepper Butter (8oz) - A Fresh Fork favorite. Not really a butter, more of a mustard-peppery spread. Mild-medium heat with a hint of sweetness, this condiment is great on crackers, with cheese, on sandwiches & even as a sauce for pizza.

*Smoked Chili Pepper Hot Sauce (5oz) - classic hot sauce made from locally grown chili peppers that have been smoked and then fermented before bottling. Great on all things!

Our local creation of salsa - from the heirloom tomatoes, onions, peppers & cilantro. All 16oz jars. 1 of each variety included.

Nothing beats the pure taste of pure concord grape juice. Stock up with a case -- 12 quarts. This beverage is a family favorite -- great for the kids and make an adult beverage (we hear champagne or vodka make for a great mixer)!

Fun for the whole family -- our DIY version of our favorite Buttercream Sugar Cookie! This kit includes 10 pre-baked holiday-shaped sugar cookies made from local, organic flour. These cookies are always a crowd pleaser!

Kit also includes 3 naturally colored buttercream frosting colors derived from natural food powders (think beets & spinach, but don't worry, it will still taste like frosting and not veggies! No artificial flavorings or colors.)

*Wabash Erie Canal (Canal Junction)- Raw milk Gruyere style cheese made from the milk of grass-grazed Normandy cows. Breeding stock for the herd was imported to the US at the suggestion of Chef Parker Bosley and used to develop this authentic fresh cheese. Firm, slightly salty and nutty. Aged a minimum of 6 months.

*Black Swamp Gouda (Canal Junction)- This lot of gouda was made during the spring flush. The flush is when the the grass grows at a fast pace and the cows indulge on nature's tastiest sprouts of the year to develop a mild sweet flavor. Aged 6 months and provides a semi-hard buttery texture, slightly sweet and earthy flavor.

*Brieda (Turkeyfoot Creek) - goat milk cheese aged for 3 months. Has a creamy, semi-soft texture and rich flavor. Pairs well with apples, nuts & dried fruit.

*Sweet Fire Chevre (Mackenzie Creamery) - A pasteurized soft goat cheese ready to serve with a raspberry jalapeno preserve in the cup. This is a fan favorite -- sweet preserve with a subtle pinch of heat.

*Smoked Gouda (Mayfield Road Creamery) - Raw cow's milk cheese that's been smoked over Cherry. Naturally smoked taste, soft & creamy texture.

*Pepper Havarti (Mayfield Road Creamery) - Crushed red pepper flakes infused in a classic Danish butter cheese Havarti. Mild & soft with a touch of heat (comparable to pepper jack). Also pairs well with a ham sandwich. Raw cow's milk cheese, aged 60 days.

*Clothbound Cheddar (Old Forge) - English-style cheddar, bound in natural cheesecloth & aged for 12 months. A raw Ayrshire cow's milk cheese. Smooth & creamy texture with complex flavors and often times fruit notes.

*Charloe (Canal Junction) - Raw milk, bloomy rind cheese made from the milk of grass-grazed Normandy cows. Aged 120 days. Semi-soft, nutty cheese with an edible bloomy rind with earthy notes of dried mushrooms.

*Elmstead Ash (Marchant Manor) - French Normandy style bloomy rind cheese in which the edible ash is used to lower the ph to preserve the milk and add a slightly acidic tang to the sweetness of the cream. With a soft, creamy interior and delicate rind, this cheese is best served at room temperature.

*Havarti (Mayfield Road Creamery) - Classic Danish butter cheese made from the milk of Holstein cows. Mild flavor, soft & buttery texture. Raw cow's milk cheese. Aged 60 days.

*Camembert (Mayfield Road Creamery) - Brie style, soft & creamy cheese with a mild flavor. Allow to come up to room temperature before serving for a more spreadable texture.

*Rosemary Black Pepper Crackers - Crisp & airy cracker garnished with sea salt, black pepper and rosemary. Perfect for cheese & charcuterie boards.

*Cognac Fig Chevre (Mackenzie Creamery) - Pasteurized soft goat cheese topped with a semi-sweet Courvoisier cognac and fig syrup

*Italiano (Old Forge) - Hard cheese, suitable for slicing or grating made from the milk of Ayrshire cows. Aged for 12 months, it has the perfect balance of savory & sweetness.

*Cranberry Orange Chevre (Mackenzie Creamery) - A pasteurized soft goat cheese ready to serve with a cranberry orange preserve in the cup. This is a winter holiday classic flavor.

*Siberian Night Beer Cheese (Mayfield Road Creamery) - Holstein cow's milk tomme style cheese brushed with Thirsty Dog Siberian Night IPA for a firm, nutty interior and malty-sweet rind.

*Rosemary Black Pepper Crackers - Crisp & airy cracker garnished with sea salt, black pepper and rosemary. Perfect for cheese & charcuterie boards.

*Henley (Marchant Manor) - velvety rind cheese with a semi-soft yellow paste is buttery with vegetal noes. Set out at room temperature before serving. Made from the milk of Guernsey cows which gives it this yellow paste.

*Goat Gouda (Turkeyfoot Creek) - firm, classic gouda made with pasteurized goat milk. Curds are washed & pressed and aged a minimum of 7 months for a full-bodied goat cheese flavor.

*Caramelized Onion, Apple & Bacon Poultry Brat - A blend of pasture raised turkey and chicken meat blended with caramelize candy onions for a natural sweetness. To add moisture and sweetness without sugar, we fold in homemade applesauce. Finally, for a little smoky goodness, salt, and fat, we add in our nitrate free bacon.

*Green Onion Brats - A Fresh Fork favorite. We use fresh spring onions and pass them through the buffalo chopper to blend them into the sausage. This grilling classic pairs well with a mild mustard or pickle relish.

*Italian Sausage Links - The simple flavors of fennel, crushed red pepper, and garlic make for a sausage that is as well suited for the grill as it is for stuffed peppers, a stew, or pizza.

*Kielbasa - Smoked sausage with traditional seasonings and mild kielbasa. Make it a traditional meal paired with potatoes & sauerkraut.
