Appointment Reminders & Cancellation Policy
We will either text or call you to confirm your service appointments 2-3 business days before your appointment, as well as the day of, as a courtesy.
We know there are times when an unforeseen circumstance requires you to cancel. Depending on the services we may require 24 or 48 hour notice of changes to your scheduled appointment. A “No Show/Late Cancellation” is defined as missing an appointment without cancelling at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for all hair extension, lash extension, and Balayage services, and 24 hours for all other services.
Most of these services require a deposit. If the appointment is cancelled without proper notice, Elle Salon reserves the right to charge for the full deposit, as late cancellations result in salon staff likely losing the opportunity to fill the void left by the cancellation.
