Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment:
A voice for the youth

On November 20th, our Turn It Around youth attended the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment (One Charlestown) meeting. Many of the group's members currently reside in Bunker Hill Housing and have participated in these meetings to voice their concerns and ask important questions. One youth member, Fatima Fontes, spoke about her fears of being relocated away from a community she has called home her entire life. Turn It Around youth will continue to be involved in this process and serve as a voice for all young people affected by the redevelopment project.

Turn It Around :
Youth of the Month

Sammy Quintin is November's Turn It Around Youth of The Month.
Sammy is one of our newest and youngest members, although you wouldn't know it from the leadership, maturity, and willingness to help out that he's shown. We're so proud that Sammy represents Turn It Around and wish that we had 30 more kids like him!
