Coming in August in Vajra Dakini Virtual Sangha

Many people have found a deep wealth of meditation exploration in the yogas in the Shravasti curriculum. We invite you to keep exploring this investigation of mindfulness of body in the Vajrayana tradition. During the Sundays in August at 9am Carol Bailey will offer somatic meditation exercises from the lineage of Khenpo Munsel, HE Garchen Rinpoche's root guru. In addition to having completed a 3 year retreat at the Garchen Institute, Carol is a life long practitioner of multiple somatic healing traditions.

At 10 we will continue with our Sunday Dharma Class with Khenmo. We continue to delve into the Seven Points of Mind Training or Lojong from 10- 11. You are welcome to participate in one or both classes.

Medicinal Garden at Songsten library

With the graceful direction of His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang and the kind support from H.E. Thritsab Gyabra Rinpoche we have started our plantating program of medicinal plants behind the forest areas of the Songtsen Library, Dehradun, India.

The three main medicinal plants like Triphala as Haritaka, Bibhitaka, Amalika, Moringa, Neem, Red and White-Sandalwoods and many medicinal plants have been planted. There are also other fruit trees like Bale, Plum, Jamoon, Leechis, Mangoes, Oranges for the wild animals and some varieties of giant bamboo. As motivated by His Holiness the plantation is meant for the pacification of the long standing pandemic and also to subside all the diseases of this world.
