Dear Marinette High School Families,
As the holiday season approaches, I want to extend my warmest wishes for a joyous Christmas season. This special time of year reminds us to pause, savor moments with loved ones, and find gratitude.
Spreading Holiday Cheer
At Marinette High School, we are embracing the season with festive activities and opportunities to give back to our community. Here are some highlights:

Giving Back: Thank you for supporting the Penny Wars fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Fill the Boat campaign, which collected items for The Salvation Army, Angel Tree, and The Rainbow House. Your generosity helps bring joy to families in need this holiday season.
A Time for Connection
The holidays also remind us of the importance of connection—both at home and in our school community. I encourage everyone to take time to unplug, share stories, and enjoy the company of friends and family. These moments strengthen the bonds that make our community thrive, and I’m truly grateful for the connections we share at MHS.
Connecting and Learning with Parents
We’re committed to partnering with parents to ensure every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. To better support you, we’re conducting a short survey to understand the topics you’d find most helpful regarding your child’s education and our school programs. Please take a moment to share your input by completing the survey here. Thank you for your time and feedback!
Wishing You Joy and Peace
On behalf of all of us at MHS, I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May your holidays be filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished memories.
Warm regards,
Mr. Steve Linssen
Principal, Marinette High School
