Season’s greetings to you all,

This has been an amazing year of collaboration. Together, we have strengthened our commitment to MCA’s core pillars: networking, education, and recognition. Through your engagement, we’ve hosted events that built meaningful connections, provided opportunities for professional growth, and celebrated the incredible achievements within Minnesota’s commercial construction industry.

To all of our members—whether you’ve been with us for years or recently joined—thank you for your continued support, participation, and contributions. Your enthusiasm is the foundation of our success.

I also want to extend my appreciation to the committee volunteers, board members and team at Harrington Company who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure MCA remains focused on serving you.

In the spirit of the season, I hope each of you can find time to rest and celebrate with loved ones. From all of us at MCA, I wish you a joyful holiday season and a prosperous New Year filled with new opportunities and continued success.

A longtime financial partner in construction in the upper Midwest, Associated Bank is setting its sights toward shoring up its presence in the Minnesota market. Our goal? To be considered a premiere boutique bank by developers, contractors and builders.

Over the last 18 months, we’ve worked toward this by strategically hiring a team that truly knows the field, led by Phil Trier (Commercial Banking) and Mike Lebens as leader of the Minnesota Commercial Team. We’ve reinforced this project with six new dedicated commercial bankers who understand the needs of this industry. Together, we have high aspirations for helping Minnesota thrive.

Doran Companies - We loaded up a Doran truck tightly packed with toys collected by our incredible corporate and onsite teams and delivered them to Toys for Tots!

Gardner Builders - Holiday party

McGough - McGough is building brighter futures for kids at this year's KS95 for Kids Radiothon! We're proud to support the incredible work being done at Gillette Children's and the M Health Fairview Pediatrics cancer program.

Rachel Contracting - Rachel Foundation giving back to local families in need. Giving gifts to Cross Services and Rivers of Hope.

Sonus Interiors - This holiday season, we embraced the spirit of giving through our annual Adopt a Family program.

The Boldt Company - Our Boldt Rochester office participated in the Festival of Trees. This event sponsors the Hiawatha Homes Foundation. Our theme was "Merry Grouchmas".

Brin Glass Company - Holiday potluck

CLA - Offices throughout our footprint of 130 locations came together this holiday season to donate thousands of gifts, clothing items, and meals, sharing warmth and hope with those around us.

Donlar Construction - Ringing for Salvation Army

Greystone Construction Company - Our team proudly donated over 100 gifts to the Scott, Carver, Dakota CAP Agency Toy Drive as part of their Hope for the Holidays program.

KOMA - Our KOMA crew assembled a festive LEGO tree for the J+J Flooring's Helping Hands event, where this year, 64 decorated trees will be donated to the Children's Hospital of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
